Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received an official dispatch dated January 20 from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Security on improving the effectiveness of some investment and business sectors with conditions on security and order (ANTT); management and use of seals; management of ID cards, national population database and ID database.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with relevant units, Bac Ninh Newspaper, the Provincial Radio and Television Station and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to implement the following contents:
Organize propaganda, dissemination, and dissemination of the results of the extensive thematic inspection work " complying with legal regulations on management of some investment and business sectors with security and order conditions; management and use of seals; management of ID cards, National Population Database and ID Database in 2024" of the People's Public Security Forces.
Strengthen the organization of propaganda and dissemination on mass media of legal documents related to the operation of business establishments with security and order conditions; registration and management of seals, identification cards, National Population Database and Identification Database for agencies, organizations and citizens.
At the same time, regularly exchange and provide information related to the issuance and revocation of licenses and certificates of enterprises and business households operating in industries and professions with security and order conditions in the area with the police agency to improve capacity and efficiency of state management.
Timely recommend and propose competent authorities to amend, supplement and complete legal documents on sectors and professions with security and order conditions; management and use of stamps; identification cards, National Population Database, Identification Database, and Electronic Authentication.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested the Departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Provincial Police) before May 31, 2025; the Provincial Police must synthesize and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before June 15, 2025.
According to Decree 96/2016, investment and business sectors with security and order conditions are sectors and occupations in the process of investment and business activities with complex factors related to security and order that are easily exploited for criminal activities and to commit other violations of the law.
