Many people choose to park their cars on the sidewalk, on the road or park their service cars outside for only about 1-1.2 million VND/month.
Many people have previously also reported that the 6-storey smart parking lot at 166 Hai Phong has invested nearly 78 billion VND but is not operating effectively, the 5 floors above are almost unyzed, while the service price is higher than the general level.
Responding to this content, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that parking lot No. 166 Hai Phong (Phase 1) is invested and managed by the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (now the Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board);
The project was handed over to the Department of Construction of Da Nang City for operation from March 2024.
