On February 28, Ba Vi Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) issued a traffic diversion notice to serve people coming to watch the art program and the fireworks display program at Den Ha area on the evening of February 28.
Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of Ba Vi Commune Party Committee on ensuring security and safety to serve people coming to watch the art program and fireworks display program in the Den Ha area on the evening of February 28 (ie, January 12 of the Binh Ngo year), Ba Vi Commune Police proceeded to establish checkpoints and temporarily prohibit vehicles from moving through the Den Ha area.
Traffic diversion time is from 1:00 PM on February 28th until the end of fireworks display activities.

Functional forces noted that people can use public transport (buses) to move into the Den Ha area to reduce congestion.
Request people to comply with the instructions of functional forces so that the program takes place safely and conveniently.
The 15-minute low-altitude fireworks display on the evening of February 28 is a new highlight of the Tan Vien Son Thanh Festival.
The firing position is arranged on the edge of the Da River bank, ensuring a safe distance; there are strict transportation, storage, and protection plans; fire trucks, escape routes and rescue forces are arranged ready to handle arising situations.
Tan Vien Son Thanh Festival is one of the typical traditional festivals, imbued with the cultural identity and folk beliefs of Xu Doai region, held annually in Ba Vi district (old), now belonging to Ba Vi commune, Hanoi city.
The festival aims to commemorate and express gratitude for the merits of Saint Tan - the sacred mountain god, the leader of the "Four Immortals" of Vietnamese folk beliefs, and at the same time educate historical and cultural traditions and the morality of "drinking water, remembering the source" for all classes of people.
This year, the Festival takes place from February 27 to March 3 (ie from January 11 to 15 of the Binh Ngo year) at the National historical and cultural relic site of Den Ha, Den Trung, Den Thuong on Ba Vi mountain range.
