The social insurance of XIII awarded the appointment decision to 8 heads of the staff, including: Mr. Pham Van Manh - Head of the Management Department of collection and development of participants, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Van - Head of Social Insurance Department; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Doa - Head of Health Insurance Department, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Head of Financial Planning Department, Ms. Luong Thi Thu Hao - Head of Inspection Inspection Department, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Nga - Head of Administrative Organization Department, Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Minh - Head of Propaganda and Support Division and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hieu - Head of Information Technology and Digital Converter.
Along with that, the Director of Social Insurance of Region XIII also signed decisions to appoint 28 officers to the position of Deputy Head of the advisory departments.
Director of XIII Social Insurance Tran Thi Huong hopes that the appointed department-level leadership teams will promote the spirit of solidarity, courage, innovation, creativity, and exemplary leadership in all tasks, and be the core to promote the collective to successfully complete the assigned mission.

Social Insurance of Region XIII officially came into operation from June 1, 2025. The head office of the 13th Social Insurance is located at 2 Hong Bang Street, Hong Bang District Hai Phong (old Hai Phong Social Insurance headquarters). The area of social insurance management in region XIII includes Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city.
