On the afternoon of May 3, information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police said that through the AI camera system, Hanoi Traffic Police force recorded 986 cases of traffic safety violations.
The main violations include going against traffic (347 cases), not complying with traffic light signals (306 cases), not wearing helmets (171 cases), stopping and parking against regulations (135 cases), going in the wrong lane, lane (26 cases)...

Throughout the holiday, the Traffic Command and Traffic Light Control Team maintained 24/24 hour on-duty forces, ensuring continuous supervision, effectively serving traffic command and control work.
Through the AI camera system, functional forces closely monitor traffic conditions in real time at key routes and intersections; promptly detect points with signs of congestion, accidents or incidents, and quickly inform the nearest working groups for handling, not allowing complications to arise.
The application of technology not only helps improve the efficiency of operation and supervision but also contributes to recording and handling violations of traffic order and safety, raising the awareness of compliance of traffic participants, thereby maintaining the traffic order and safety situation in the Capital during the holidays," the Hanoi Traffic Police Department informed.
