On the evening of February 14th (December 27th of the lunar calendar), on Vo Van Tan - Nguyen Thai Hoc street, Ninh Kieu ward (Can Tho City), the Art Flower Street Celebrating the Glorious Party - Celebrating the Binh Ngo Spring 2026 will open.

According to the Organizing Committee, the Art Flower Street will end at 10:00 PM, February 21, 2026 (the 5th day of Tet).
The total length of the Flower Street is about 310 meters, including:
Main gate area: Three-horse galloping model; on both sides are two giant apricot trees and models of apricot blossoms, peach blossoms, bamboo leaves. On the main gate, the Can Tho city logo is attached, along with the words "Can Tho Flower Street - Binh Ngo Spring 2026".
Section 1: Includes models: Hometown Apricot Garden; "Celebrating the glorious Party - Celebrating the 2026 Binh Ngo Spring"; traditional cakes and fruits; Phuoc - Loc - Tho; "Ma dao thanh cong" riding on flower waves; specialty fruit baskets of the city.
Section 2: Includes models: Cartoon horse connecting rose clusters; display photo cluster; great national unity of Kinh, Khmer, Hoa ethnic groups; cluster of kiosks displaying city tourism products and booths paying sponsor benefits; cluster of miniature wooden bridges, flower boats, ponds.
Section 3: Stage area serving art performances every night, with models: Heart Gate, two technology horses on both sides; technology leaf; technology theme, artificial intelligence (AI); Can Tho river city in the future; pair of carp crossing the Vu Mon gate, lotus; technology flowers.
Side gate area: Model of Phu Dong Thien Vuong riding a horse; on the gate is attached the Can Tho city logo with the words "Spring", "Binh Ngo 2026".
The overall Flower Street is installed with more than 30 models, more than 50,000 flower baskets of all kinds, mobilized from flower growing villages inside and outside the city.
