Vo Van Tan - Nguyen Thai Hoc street, Ninh Kieu ward, where the art flower street "Celebrating the glorious Party - Celebrating the Binh Ngo Spring 2026" of Can Tho City is designed, the construction unit is currently deploying items to put the project into service for people to enjoy spring and celebrate Tet.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hieu (An Binh ward, Can Tho city) said: "These past few days, going to work, I saw people fence the flower street area, I was also very curious! I hope this year's flower street is beautiful and brilliant, I plan to take my family out to play".
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City, the art flower street is expected to open to visitors from February 14th to the end of February 21st, 2026 (from December 27th to the end of the 5th day of Lunar New Year).
The art flower street is 310m long, including 3 sections with the themes: "The country enters spring", "Can Tho past and present" and "Can Tho rises".
The flower street space is elaborately designed, harmoniously combining traditional values, the cultural identity of the Mekong Delta and the image of a dynamic and modern Can Tho city in the new development phase.
The main gate of the flower street facing Hoa Binh street stands out with a three-horse galloping model. Section 1 is designed to be lively, beautiful and brilliant with the hometown apricot blossom garden. Section 2 has creative and artistic design, especially introducing the cultural characteristics of the 3 Kinh - Khmer - Hoa ethnic groups in Can Tho city. Section 3 is designed to be modern and luxurious with technology models, artificial intelligence with effects and interaction with visitors.
At the flower street, there is also a nightly art performance stage to serve visitors to the art flower street.
