On the evening of May 24, prolonged heavy rain caused a landslide on the Ho Chi Minh Highway through Phuc Dong Commune (Huong Khe District). The incident caused traffic congestion.
Upon receiving the report, Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 under the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Police coordinated with the road management unit to be present to clear the scene and direct traffic.
While the machinery was clearing the land and rocks blocking the road, due to many vehicles, officers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 issued a rain watch to regulate traffic, supporting people to travel safely through the landslide.

By 8:00 p.m. the same day, the landslide repair was complete and traffic at the landslide site was smooth. However, fearing the risk of further landslides, the authorities have assigned personnel to the landslide site.
