Accordingly, through monitoring the implementation of tasks in the past, there are still some agencies and units that show signs of working at a low level, waiting for the organization to be reorganized, lacking proactiveness in checking and reviewing tasks, and not promptly proactively advising the City People's Committee according to assigned functions and tasks.
"In general, many people are concerned about reorganizing the apparatus, so they have not done their job well. For example, there are cases of negligence and lack of initiative in work, it is only when the city leaders mention it that they can advise" - said the leader of Dong Ha City People's Committee.
To overcome this situation, Chairman of Dong Ha City People's Committee requested the departments, committees and People's Committees of wards to urgently review the work plan; proactively perform tasks on schedule; At the same time, strengthening the supervision of the observance of public service and labor discipline for officials, public servants, officials and employees. The Office of the People's Council and the City People's Committee is assigned to monitor and summarize the report on the implementation progress of each unit to serve the direction.
The People's Committee of Dong Ha City also directed units to carefully review and only organize training classes that are really necessary.
"Just like agricultural training courses for farmers, it is necessary to organize them. As for training courses for civil servants and public employees planned from the beginning of the year, if not too necessary, they should be stopped to focus on reorganizing the apparatus" - the leader of Dong Ha City People's Committee added.
It is known that Dong Ha City will establish Dong Ha ward on the basis of importing wards 1, 3, 4, Dong Giang and Dong Thanh, the office working in Ward 1 today; Establishing Nam Dong Ha ward on the basis of importing wards 2, 5, Dong Le and Dong Luong, the office working in Dong Luong ward today.
