At about 2:00 p.m. on March 30, at the Rach Chanh blender, located next to National Highway 62, in Hamlet 1, My Phu Commune, Thu Thua District, Long An Province, a major fire broke out.
Discovering the fire, the staff and workers working at the factory quickly participated in extinguishing the fire. However, the fire continued to flare up.
Upon receiving the information, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Long An Province mobilized specialized fire trucks and many officers and soldiers to put out the fire.
At the time of the fire, the weather was very hot and hot, combined with strong winds, inside the factory there were many flammable items such as rice straw, crushed bran, and rice, so the fire quickly broke out and spread.
By 5pm, the fire was basically under control to prevent it from spreading, but inside it was still smoldering. Employees and workers working at the factory and the authorities were still putting out the fire.
According to records, a warehouse of the factory of about 500m2 was burned down, the corrugated iron roof was burned and collapsed to the ground.


The cause of the fire is currently being verified, investigated by the authorities, and the damage statistics are being conducted.
