According to initial information, at about 4:30 pm on March 10, people were surprised to see black smoke rising and a strong burning smell. When people came to see, they discovered a fire rising from a warehouse of a wood workshop, on Thanh Xuan 38 street, Thoi An ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
People around shouted to find a way to put out the fire, but because the warehouse contained flammable items, the fire then flared up fiercely.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police Team of Area 12 - PC07 dispatched many specialized fire fighting vehicles and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to extinguish the fire and respond promptly. The soldiers have developed plans to approach in many directions to extinguish the fire.
By about 5 pm on the same day, the fire was basically under control, not spreading to neighboring houses.


Fortunately, the fire did not cause any casualties, but many properties were burned down. Currently, the cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by functional forces.
