According to document No. 626/UBND-NC recently issued by the Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee, for specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and District People's Committees, urgently deploy to be ready to reorganize immediately after the Provincial People's Council approves the Resolution on February 20, 2025.
The new agencies will officially operate from March 1, 2025, in sync with the arrangement of ministries according to the direction of the Central Government and Tuyen Quang province.
The arrangement of the district-level administrative apparatus is implemented synchronously with the provincial level in accordance with the orientation of the Central Government and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
District-level units must complete the organization adjustment before March 1, 2025.
Tuyen Quang Provincial Police proactively preside over and coordinate with the Departments to agree on a plan to transfer and receive state management tasks from the Departments to the Provincial Police to ensure synchronization and meeting the requirements of the tasks.
