On the afternoon of September 1, Mr. Ngo Tan Loc - owner of the Go Xua Garden House business - explained this incident to Lao Dong reporter.
According to the documents provided by Mr. Ngo Tan Loc, the entire house and land were purchased by him from a bank with a branch in Bac Lieu in 2018. When the handover was completed, there were already wooden houses, garden houses, gates, fences, ponds, houses, toilets... with the current architecture.
To suit the business purposes of tourism, food, beverage, entertainment..., he renovated and repainted this house. The area of 12,779.5m2 is aquaculture land, when transferred, there were many constructions such as temporary houses, walkways, toilets, fences, ponds...
The process of renovation and repair to form a tourist area has been inspected by the agencies of Hoa Binh district and determined that no new construction has occurred. The Department of Finance and Planning of Hoa Binh district has also issued a business household certificate on April 6, 2022.
Mr. Loc said that the inspection team worked with him before making the official conclusion. The inspection team instructed him to convert the land into residential land to facilitate long-term business development.
However, if you transfer more than 12,000 square meters of residential land, you have to pay a large amount of money, beyond your ability and it takes time to do so.
Mr. Loc hopes that the local government will create favorable conditions for business and trading, because the construction on aquaculture land is due to the previous process, not the establishment intentionally built , the current government will not handle it as concluded by the Inspectorate of Bac Lieu province.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper , during the inspection process, the Bac Lieu Provincial Inspectorate discovered that the Bac Lieu Ancient Wood Garden House, in Hoa Binh District, Bac Lieu Province, built 1,400 square meters on aquaculture land, violating the Land Law and the approved land use plan for residential land and aquaculture land.
The Inspectorate of Bac Lieu province believes that this violation has not been administratively sanctioned by the People's Committee of Hoa Binh town according to regulations, which is a shortcoming of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh town. The Inspectorate requests the People's Committee of Hoa Binh district to direct the inspection, clarify and carry out procedures for changing land use purposes (if appropriate) so that the land user can properly use the land according to regulations.
