Allocate an area of 9,190.2m2 of land that has been converted for land use purposes to the Industrial Park Infrastructure and Service Development Center - to implement the project of Investment in Construction and Exploitation of Technical Infrastructure of Trung Ha Industrial Park in Dao Xa commune according to the project approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
Specifically, land use purpose: The land area for building factories and warehouses is 9,082.4m2; the land area for public entertainment and community activities (green land) is 107.4m2.
