On February 4, social media was "stirred up" by a clip of more than 2 minutes long, recording a surprising scene on a street in Vinh city. In the clip, while the car was moving, the rear door suddenly opened, from inside the car, a naked girl was thrown onto the road. Immediately, the driver stopped the car and a person inside quickly pulled the girl back into the car.
The clip was recorded by a person walking behind. This group of people then suggested calling the police to intervene.
They continued to follow the car to an apartment complex, but no further information was obtained after that.
On the afternoon of February 4, a source said the incident happened on the night of February 3. At that time, there were at least three young men and one girl in the car.
