On February 17, speaking with Lao Dong, the leader of the People's Committee of Nhon Hai commune (Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh) said that the commune police had invited a group of young people to work and take photos and check-in between the slope in Nhon Hai commune, causing traffic insecurity.
"At yesterday's meeting (February 16), young people wrote a commitment not to repeat this behavior," the leader said.

According to the leader of Nhon Hai Commune People's Committee, it is very dangerous for people and tourists to overflow to the middle of the slope to take photos, because this is the only road in the commune, with a fairly high slope and a very large volume of traffic.
"Before Tet, an accident occurred right at this slope, which was very dangerous. To rectify this situation, the locality has directed the police and order to increase patrols and remind young people," he said.

In recent days, many young people have flocked to the slope in Nhon Hai commune to film and take photos, even when there are many vehicles circulating, causing disorder in traffic safety.
The influx of many groups of young people to take photos on the streets comes from a new trend that is spreading on social networks.
This trend started when young people flocked to "Great Ly" slope in China to take photos, then quickly spread to Vietnam, especially in localities such as Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Da Lat city (Lam Dong). Currently, Binh Dinh is not out of this trend.
