With 9 working groups, more than 40 officers and soldiers of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order have been strengthened, closely coordinating with the grassroots police force to support and guide people to contribute ideas to the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution through the VNeID application.
According to Can Tho City Police, this activity aims to ensure that all classes of people, especially people in remote areas, can easily access and participate in contributing opinions easily and effectively.

This is also an opportunity for people to demonstrate their mastery and intellectual contribution to the construction and completion of the country's legal system.
The time to receive comments on the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution will last until May 29, 2025. People can log in to the VNeID application using a level 2 electronic identification account to participate in giving comments. In addition, opinions can also be sent via the National Assembly Electronic Information Portal, the Government Electronic Information Portal or in writing to the agencies responsible for synthesizing people's opinions.
