Giving their opinions at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Tuc - Chairman of the Cultural -Social Advisory Council, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - said that the decision to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, including the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations are a political determination of the Party and the State in building the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations near the people.
Accordingly, the content amended and supplemented in Article 9 of the 2013 Constitution has more clearly affirmed the position of the Vietnam Fatherland Front as the part of the political system, led by the Communist Party of Vietnam, is the political basis of the people's government. This content has been mentioned in the Party's political platform before, now being included in the Constitution is perfectly reasonable.

Expressing the unanimous view of new points in the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, Mr. Nguyen Viet Chuc - Deputy Chairman of the Cultural -Social Advisory Council, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - said that in the context of the streamlined revolution, merging administrative units operating effectively and effectively, the amendment of the 2013 Constitutional regulations is very timely and necessary.
