Faced with the complicated developments of rain and floods caused by the storm, on the night of August 22nd and early morning of August 23rd, the Police force and functional forces in Bac Ninh province organized overnight duty, proactively grasped the situation, promptly warned and supported people to relocate people and property and deployed response measures to limit damage caused by natural disasters.
In mountainous areas, where there is a risk of flooding, landslides, and division, the Commune Police force has coordinated with local authorities, forces participating in protecting security and order (ANTT) at the grassroots level, and people to urgently deploy flood prevention and control plans.
In Tien Phong ward, before the situation that the Thuong River water level continues to rise, the Ward Police have strengthened patrol and control forces on the Thuong River dike, regularly updating the situation, proactively detecting locations at risk of unsafety to promptly advise and handle.



In Kep, Bien Dong, Luc Ngan, Duong Huu, Luc Nam communes, commune police officers and soldiers have coordinated with people to urgently support households to move property to safe places, and at the same time propagate and guide people to proactively prevent and limit damage caused by rain and floods.
In particular, in Deo Gia commune, the commune police force coordinated with forces at the grassroots level to support 20 households in Dong Con village to move people and property out of the completely isolated area, ensuring safety for the people.
In My Hoa village, Tien Luc, Tien Luc Commune Police and the ANTT Team supported people to relocate more than 8,000 chickens of 5 households from flooded areas to safe points.
In Bac Lung commune, the Commune Police coordinated forces to participate in protecting security and order at the grassroots level and people in Xuan Phu village overnight to reinforce and prevent dyke overflows, proactively protecting residential areas and crop areas of people before the risk of floodwaters continuing to rise.

In complex weather conditions, police units in the province continue to maintain standing forces, strengthen patrols, firmly grasp the situation in the area, especially in key areas, at risk of flooding, landslides, and division; and are ready to support people to relocate to safe places when situations occur.
