The valuation process is carried out in 2 phases. Phase 1, providing capacity profiles, valuation cost quotations based on the list provided by the Traffic Police Department. Phase 2: surveying the current situation, issuing valuation certificates. Specifically:
The assets include 6 batches of vehicles temporarily seized due to administrative violations in the Area Groups (1,085 vehicles), specifically:
- Block I: Including 180 vehicles currently temporarily detained at the old Bac Ninh Handling Team.
- Lot II: Including 183 vehicles currently temporarily detained at the Que Vo area traffic police team.
- Block III: Including 178 vehicles being temporarily detained at the Traffic Police Team in the old Tu Son area
- Block IV: Including 180 vehicles being temporarily detained at the former Yen Phong traffic police team.
- Lot V: Including 182 vehicles being temporarily detained at the former Thuan Thanh traffic police team.
- Block VI: Including 182 vehicles being temporarily detained at the former Tien Du traffic police team.
Appraisal purpose: Determine the current value of the vehicles, as a basis for determining the authority to confiscate and determine the starting price.
Time to request appraisal: May 2026.
Location for valuation: Warehouse, yard of the Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police.
