At around 9:00 p.m. on November 6, upon receiving information in D Lam village, Chu A Thai commune that Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh's family had just welcomed a newborn baby a few days ago, and that their house was at risk of having its roof blown off, Chu A Thai Commune Police quickly sent forces to inspect, grasp the situation and support emergency evacuation.
It was raining heavily, the storm was gusting strongly, the Commune Police carefully took care of the child, encouraged the mother to stay calm, and coordinated with the People's Committee of Dlam village to take the mother and child to the safe shelter arranged by the commune.
Chu A Thai Commune Police continue to maintain 100% of their force on duty, ready to support people in all situations to ensure the safety of people's lives and property during storm No. 13 in the commune.

Responding to storm No. 13, the police of other communes such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Kbang, Ia Tul, Ia Pa, Ayun Pa... have organized patrols, put up warning signs, and reminded people not to go through areas with high and dangerous water.
The authorities of the communes have advised people: In the afternoon and evening of November 6, those who are working in the fields or sleeping away from home should quickly return to a safe place, do not stay in the camp overnight to avoid storms, landslides, and flash floods.
