On June 28, during patrols and inspections on National Highway 19, the Traffic Police force of Gia Lai Provincial Police promptly used specialized vehicles to guide and assist in bringing a pregnant woman with ruptured membranes to the hospital for safe emergency treatment.
Previously, at about 12:10 pm on the same day, Patrol and Control Team No. 1, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department of Gia Lai Provincial Police) was on duty on National Highway 19, passing through the An Khe Pass area when they received an urgent request for support from a 7-seater car.
People in the car said they were carrying a pregnant woman with ruptured membranes to Gia Lai Provincial Central General Hospital for emergency treatment, but the distance was still far, while the pregnant woman had signs of labor, with the risk of affecting the health and lives of both mother and fetus if not supported in time.

Faced with the emergency situation, the Task Force quickly used specialized vehicles, turned on the horn and priority lights to guide the way, creating conditions for the vehicle carrying the pregnant woman to move to the hospital as quickly as possible.
Thanks to the timely support of the traffic police force, the vehicle overcame crowded roads and brought the pregnant woman to a safe medical facility, and was received by the team of doctors to assist in childbirth.
The pregnant woman who received support was Ms. Dao Huynh Nhu (born 2003, residing in An Khe ward). When she was about to give birth, she suddenly had a ruptured membrane, so the family urgently took her to the emergency room and received timely support from the traffic police force.
The pregnant woman's relatives expressed their emotion and thanked the traffic police officers and soldiers for their sense of responsibility and timely support in the emergency situation.
