Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police said that on the afternoon of June 10, at Duc Thinh Driver Testing and Permit Issuance Center (Hai Nam Technical Service Trading Joint Stock Company), belonging to Nguyen Khe Small and Medium Industrial Cluster (Phuc Thinh commune, Hanoi), through inspection and examination before entering the exam room and by professional measures, the Testing Council of the Road Motor Vehicle Driver Testing and Permit Issuance Team - Hanoi Traffic Police Department discovered a candidate carrying an iPhone 6.
This phone is connected to super small headphones hidden in the ears and a camouflaged button-shaped camera to receive external support information during the test.

Immediately after discovering the incident, the Testing Council stopped the contestant's violation, made a record of the incident, and handed over the person and exhibits to Phuc Thinh Commune Police for receipt and handling according to regulations.
Hanoi Traffic Police Department will continue to strengthen inspection and supervision at driving test sessions to promptly detect and prevent fraudulent acts, ensuring fairness and transparency in training, testing and issuing driver's licenses.
The use of high-tech devices to commit fraud in exams not only violates the provisions of law but also potentially affects traffic safety when people who are not competent to control vehicles can still be issued driver's licenses.
