At about 9 pm on September 23, he heard 2 people in the warehouse shouting that there was a fire.
When he ran out to see, smoke and fire had engulfed the warehouse and workshop complex here. People in the warehouse quickly called the functional forces.
It was not until about 4 am that the functional forces withdrew from the scene. Fortunately, there were no casualties" - Mr. Chung said.
Meanwhile, Mr. Phung Quang The (in My Duc, currently a security guard at the concrete mixing station on Thang Long Avenue) also came here from 6:30 am to see the scene of the fire.

According to Lao Dong's records at the scene on the morning of September 24, the fire was extinguished. Many items and property were burned down. Factory components collapsed after the fire.
According to Hanoi Police, the fire occurred at about 9 pm on September 23 at a warehouse and workshop complex of more than 2,000m2 (on a total land area of about 6,700m2) along Thang Long Avenue, in Son Dong commune.
Nearly 100 officers and soldiers of Firefighting and Rescue Teams of areas 2, 15, 16, 17, 23, 29 and 22 specialized vehicles approached the scene.
At the scene, the burning material was mainly wood, plastic, paper, nylon... emitting very high heat and generating a lot of toxic smoke.
The Fire and Rescue Police force coordinated with local forces to mobilize excavators and bulldozers to demolish walls and corrugated iron roofs to open access roads, combined with synchronous deployment of many fire fighting directions.
By 11:10 PM on the same day, the fire was basically under control. By 00:30 AM on September 24, the fire was completely extinguished.
The Fire and Rescue Police force has safely protected 4 adjacent factories, effectively preventing the risk of fire spreading to neighboring projects.
The fire did not cause any casualties. The cause of the incident and statistics of property damage are being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
