At 3:34 a.m. on November 28, Center 114 of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hai Phong City Police received a fire report at a house at 8/37 Truc Cat, Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong. The Center mobilized forces and vehicles from Team Area 1 to urgently extinguish the fire.
The fire broke out in the family office on the back floor of the house (between the 1st and 2nd floors of the house). There was 1 person trapped on the 2nd floor balcony, and 1 person trapped on the 3rd floor balcony. Team 1 of the area coordinated with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Le Chan District Police to deploy a reconnaissance team to approach and bring the trapped people out of the house safely, and at the same time deploy fire fighting forces. By 4:00 a.m. the same day, the fire was completely extinguished.
The police force rescued two people, including Ms. H.T.U (born in 1983, the homeowner's wife) and L.H.N (born in 2009, the homeowner's daughter). Initially, it was determined that the fire did not cause any human casualties. Currently, Le Chan District Police received, examined the scene, investigated, and clarified the cause of the fire according to regulations.
