On September 6, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision 1395/QD-UBND approving the investment in the construction of the project to upgrade technical infrastructure in the area around Tong Phuoc Pho Street (Hoa Cuong Ward).
The project is invested by the Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board (DTXD); U.T.A Construction Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company is responsible for organizing consultations on the preparation of the Construction Feasibility Study Report, construction surveys; Construction Investment and Technology Development Consulting Joint Stock Company reviews the Feasibility Study Report.
The project belongs to the type and level of the main project; the life of the main project according to the design: Group C, level III technical infrastructure project; the life of the main project according to the design: not less than 50 years.
The project is implemented with the aim of renovating and upgrading the drainage system and technical infrastructure of the area around Tong Phuoc Pho Street to ensure flood treatment, reduce environmental pollution, improve people's lives, and contribute to economic development in the area.
The investment in the construction and upgrading of technical infrastructure in the area around Tong Phuoc Pho Street includes: Upgrading Tong Phuoc Pho Street; renovating sidewalks and drainage on the left side of Nui Thanh Street (Duy Tan to Tieu La section); renovating drainage on the right side of Nui Thanh Street (Tieu La to Nguyen Son Tra section); renovating drainage on Tieu La Street (Nui Thanh to Tong Phuoc Pho section); building sewers under Nguyen Son Tra Street and other related infrastructure items.
The total construction investment is more than 29.5 billion VND. Investment capital from the city budget, project implementation progress from 2024-2026.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board to be responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant units to monitor and implement the project in accordance with regulations; fully implementing the notes and recommendations of the Department of Construction in the above appraisal document.
The Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board is responsible for handing over the project after completing the investment.
The Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board is responsible for proactively coordinating, notifying the plan and progress of the project to the Urban System Management Center, the People's Committee of Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang Water Supply Joint Stock Company, Da Nang Wastewater Drainage and Treatment Company and infrastructure management units during the implementation process, receiving the handover of the project before and after completion according to regulations.
