The capital source for implementation is from the environmental protection project fund allocated to the Department of Construction in 2025 and balanced from the urban drainage service order source in 2025 allocated to the Department of Construction.
Assign the Department of Construction to coordinate with the Department of Finance to report to the City People's Committee for consideration and supplementation of environmental protection funding for implementation.
The city leaders assigned the People's Committees of districts and towns to urgently direct contractors to deploy dredging and clearing of drainage systems under their management, especially prioritizing the implementation of the entire volume of water intake gates and ditches as planned in 2025, to be completed before June; at the same time, strengthening the supervision of the dredging and clearing process of contractors.
For the remaining volume ( dredging drainage ditches), if it cannot be implemented in time before June 16, the City People's Committee will have opinions to direct relevant units to organize appropriate implementation.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Monitoring to closely inspect the trips of mud dredged into the landfill and only confirm the correct subjects, as a basis for the units to compare the volume and accept the work of the contractors.
The specialized Construction Investment Project Management Boards direct contractors to regularly inspect the operation of the drainage system that has not been handed over to the management unit and proactively dredge and clear before the 2025 rainy season (to complete the entire workload by August 2025 at the latest).
