The Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center said that this unit has just issued Notice No. 21/TB-TTPTQD on canceling short-term land lease results at land plot HH1, located on the front of Tran Hung Dao street, An Hai ward (Da Nang city).
Previously, on January 15, the Center announced the short-term land lease results (phase 2). Ms. Tran Duong Da Thao (residing in Hoi Khach Dong village, Thuong Duc commune, Da Nang city) was the one who won the right to lease land area HH1 with an area of 3,215.0m2.
The rental price that Ms. Thao offered was more than 1.5 billion VND/m2/year. However, on the same day as the results were announced (January 15), Ms. Tran Duong Da Thao suddenly filed a request to cancel her participation application and not continue to rent land.
According to current regulations, organizations/individuals with the second highest unit price will be selected if they meet two conditions: The proposed unit price is not lower than the starting price and the rental price difference does not exceed 20% compared to the highest bidder.
However, in the case of this HH1 land plot, the participant with the second highest unit price has a price difference of more than 20% compared to the price of more than 1.5 billion VND/m2/year that Ms. Da Thao has offered. Therefore, based on the guidance process, the management unit cannot choose the next person to sign the contract.
After canceling the results for Ms. Tran Duong Da Thao, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center said that it will reorganize the process of selecting units and individuals to lease land in accordance with the law.
Land plot HH1 located on Tran Hung Dao street is considered one of the "golden land" locations in the Han River area, attracting great attention from investors in short-term commercial and service exploitation.
