Previously, on May 28, the Inspection Team of Market Management Team No. 4 under the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department conducted a surprise inspection at a business location in Thien An Ward, Buon Ho Town.

At the time of inspection, the Inspection Team discovered a household trading nearly 1,000kg of onions (7,200 VND/kg) and garlic of all kinds (20,000 VND/kg). The owner of the facility could not present documents proving its origin.
Also on May 28, the Inspection Team of the E-commerce Market Management Team, a mobile unit of the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Force, suddenly inspected a cosmetics business location operating mainly on social networks located in Tan Thanh Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City.
At the time of inspection, the delegation discovered and seized more than 2,000 cosmetic products of unknown origin.
The business owner could not present any invoices or documents proving the legality of the goods. The total value of the goods was over 80 million VND.

Previously, the Inspection Team of Market Management Team No. 1 of the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Force also conducted a surprise inspection of Vinh Thoa Pharmaceutical Company Limited located at 127 Le Thanh Tong, Thanh Cong Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City.
Also at the time of inspection, the company's Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh, was trading in medicinal products of all kinds on the label that did not clearly show the origin and source of the goods.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh could not present documents or documents proving the legality and origin of more than 500kg of medicinal herbs, including many types such as: sedge plants, mint plants, gasot, ma ma cay, cho de, dai hoi, hyem...
Working with the Inspection Team, Mr. Vinh admitted that he bought all of the above goods from a person with an unknown name and address, so he did not have documents proving their origin, then sold them on the market for profit.
The inspection team has drawn up a record of administrative violations, a record of temporary detention of exhibits and a record of sealing of exhibits; at the same time, consolidating the records to handle according to the provisions of law.
