The project to renovate and upgrade the rural road in Tho Van commune, the section from provincial road 315 to the center of Tho Van commune, was approved by the Commune People's Committee according to Decision No. 527/QD-UBND dated October 13, 2025.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of 29 billion VND, invested by Tho Van Commune People's Committee.
According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, on February 13, Tho Van Commune People's Committee issued a notice inviting bids for Package No. 10: Construction of the project.
Package No. 10 was widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 23 billion VND from the State budget and other legal mobilized sources.
In which, construction costs are more than 22.4 billion VND; resource tax and environmental protection fees are more than 539 million VND; traffic assurance costs are more than 140 million VND.
According to the project dossier, the road section is renovated and upgraded according to the design according to the standards of grade III traffic works, grade IV mountainous technical level, including 1 main route and 1 branch route.
The main route from provincial road 315 to the center of Tho Van commune, has a length of 3346.47m; the starting point of the route intersects with the inter-regional road at Km1+177. 80m, the ending point of the route connects to the asphalt road in the center of Tho Van commune.
For the branch line, from the main line to the residential area (right side of the line), the length is 327.36m; the starting point of the line intersects with the main line at Km1+818. 19m, the ending point of the line connects to the cement concrete road of the residential area.
The project is invested with the goal of completing the synchronous infrastructure of the entire route, thereby meeting the travel needs of the people, creating conditions for socio-economic development of Tho Van commune in particular and Phu Tho province in general.
