Open many vocational training classes for rural workers
According to the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of M'Drak district, in the first 9 months of 2024, the unit has extensively implemented the National Target Program on sustainable poverty reduction.
Of which, the Centre has opened 6 vocational training classes for nearly 130 students in the district, focusing on disadvantaged communes where workers do not have stable jobs.

Ms. Tran Thi Thuong in M'Drak district said: "After completing the cattle breeding class at the District Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center, I have accumulated a lot of useful knowledge. I am planning to borrow money to buy breeding cows, develop household economic livestock farming, and gradually improve my life."
Similarly, Mr. Tran Trong Le, in M'Drak district, has just graduated from a cattle breeding class at the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education. With the knowledge he has learned, Mr. Le has boldly researched market demand to focus on raising cattle in large numbers.
In the immediate future, Mr. Le will borrow a moderate amount of capital to raise livestock, gain experience, learn lessons, and then plan for the long term.
Help farmers get rich
Mr. Trinh Cong Tien - Director of the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of M'Drak district said that the unit still has difficulties and challenges in recruiting and vocational training in the area.
However, from now until the end of 2024, the unit will focus on agricultural vocational training, forming a team of professional farmers so that they become the main force in the process of rural economic development.
From there, aim to build a rural labor force with knowledge and high skills to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the current period.
According to Mr. Tien, in parallel, the Centre also innovates to improve the quality of training, improve vocational skills and the effectiveness of agricultural vocational training for rural workers. The goal of vocational training is to contribute to the transformation of labor structure, economic structure, job creation, and increase income for people.
According to Mr. Tien, in reality, vocational training in agriculture for rural workers aims to effectively implement labor criteria. This activity is part of the new rural criteria, social security and socio-economic development in poor areas and ethnic minority areas.
The Centre's goal for 2024 is to train human resources for smart agricultural production, ecological and organic agriculture, and digital transformation in agriculture.
"In addition, the Centre will also strengthen vocational training associated with career conversion, converting a part of rural labor to service agriculture, serving the restructuring of the agricultural sector and responding to climate change," Mr. Tien added.
