Very difficult to recover

Explaining that the amount of money wrongly spent is very large, but recovered very little, the Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Thanh Hoa province said that most of the subjects subject to arrears are from difficult circumstances, poor and near-poor households. , ethnic minority households, families with sick people, many people are now old and weak, have reached the end of working age, some people indirectly do not have jobs or have jobs but are not stable...
Regarding the issue of collecting money wrongly paid to people with meritorious services over time, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has also issued a document requesting the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to consider not recovering the allowance amount. expenses for the above objects.
