The Ministry of Public Security has just issued a draft Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 65/2024/TT-BCA regulating the inspection of legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety to recover driver's license points.
Accordingly, the drafting committee proposed to amend and supplement Article 6 on the content, methods, time, structure of the test, and results of the test meeting requirements.
In clause 3, the drafting committee proposes on the time, structure of the test and results of the test of legal knowledge meeting requirements:
Exam takers with A1, A driver's licenses take the test in 25 minutes. The test structure includes 50 multiple-choice questions, each question is scored 1 point, results reaching 45/50 points or higher are required;
Exam takers with a B1 driver's license take the test in 30 minutes. The test structure includes 60 multiple-choice questions, each question is scored 1 point, and achieving 54/60 points or higher is required;
Exam takers with a Class B driver's license take the test in 30 minutes. The test structure includes 60 multiple-choice questions, each question is scored 1 point, and achieving 54/60 points or more is required;
Exam takers with a C1 driver's license take the test in 35 minutes. The test structure includes 70 multiple-choice questions, each question is scored 1 point, and achieving 63/70 points or more is required;
Exam takers with a Class C driver's license take the test in 40 minutes. The test structure includes 80 multiple-choice questions, each question is scored 1 point, and achieving 72/80 points or more is required;
Exam takers with driver's licenses of class D1, D2, D, take the test in 45 minutes. The test structure includes 90 multiple-choice questions, each question is scored 1 point, the result reaching 81/90 points or higher is required;
Exam takers with driving licenses of grades BE, C1E, CE, D1E, D2E, DE take the test in 50 minutes. The test structure includes 100 multiple-choice questions, each question is scored 1 point. Achieving 90/100 points or higher is required.
Exam takers perform multiple-choice tests on computers through software to test legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety.
