According to the report, at 9:10 p.m. on May 25, My Trinh Commune Police (Phu My District, Binh Dinh) received a report from the Traffic Police Station of Binh Dinh Province Police about a fight at the 5 Tan Chicken Rice Restaurant, in My Trinh Commune.
Through verification, the incident occurred at around 8:00 p.m. the same day at the 5 Tan chicken restaurant owned by Mr. Chau Dinh Tan (born in 1977, residing in Phu My district). At that time, two customers on the truck, Dinh Xuan Tien (born in 1987, residing in Nam Dinh province) and Hoang Van Vu (born in 1985, residing in Thanh Hoa province) went to the restaurant to eat rice.

The two ordered 2 portions of fried chicken rice, squash soup and 1 can of beer. When the rice was cleared, they asked for more lemon leaves, but Mr. Tan replied: "Lemon leaves for apricot blossoms to grow". Feeling uncomfortable, Tien and Vu reacted: "If it is, say it is, if not, say it is not, why do you say that", then Mr. Tan said that he was joking.
The two guests continued to eat and ordered another plate of fried eggs, but Mr. Tan said it was out of stock. When finished eating, Tien called to charge and was informed by Mr. Tan that the meal price was 280,000 VND. Tien thought the restaurant was "ripping off", but Mr. Tan replied: "Ugh, ripping off".

After paying, go to the front of the shop, use the phone to film the clip with the content "5 -ton chicken rice shop tightly guillotine customers". Seeing that, Mr. Tan was angry, using plastic chair to chase Tien. Tien raised his hand and then stepped back, picked up an iron bar on the side of the road to return to Mr. Tan's leg.
When prevented by many people, Mr. Tan turned into the house, took the beer bottle and threw it at the two guests but missed. After that, the two passengers got on the bus and left.
The incident injured Tien's left hand, Vu's leg was scratched, and Mr. Tan's leg was injured.
Currently, My Trinh Commune Police are continuing to verify, clarify and handle the case according to regulations.
