On January 15, the report at the 2024 year-end conference of Quang Nam Power Company (PC Quang Nam) said that the Company's commercial electricity output last year reached 2,747 million kWh, an increase of 9.53% compared to 2023, 4.15% higher than the assigned plan; the saved electricity output reached more than 78.8 million kWh, electricity loss continued to be minimized, and no information security incidents occurred.
The company has invested in the construction of 130 power grid projects with a total capital of more than 257 billion VND, 100% of the projects have been completed and energized.
Notably, PC Quang Nam has supported more than 800 million VND for social security activities such as: building 5 gratitude houses, free electricity repair, tree planting and building the project "Lighting up the countryside" in the twinned mountainous communes.
There were 60 cases of sick and maternity workers paid by social insurance with an amount of nearly 500 million VND; 92.14% of workers achieved the title of advanced workers, exceeding the resolution plan (85%).
In 2024, PC Quang Nam ranked 2nd out of 13 companies under EVNCPC; was recognized by Tam Ky City Party Committee for excellently completing its tasks for the third consecutive year. The Company's Trade Union and Youth Union also maintained their excellent titles.
In 2025, Quang Nam Electricity Company strives to achieve and exceed the plan for commercial electricity output; reduce electricity loss; prevent accidents and ensure jobs and lives of employees.
