Quang Ninh - Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (TKV) has just mobilized and appointed a series of personnel in its affiliated units.

According to information from TKV, the Group has just held a conference to announce the decision to transfer and appoint the Head of the Capital Management Board and the Head of the Organization and Personnel Board of the Group. At the conference, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TKV - handed over the decisions to transfer Mr. Tran Van Cu - Head of the Organization and Personnel Board of the Group - to the position of Head of the Capital Management Board of the Group; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan - Principal of Vietnam National Coal and Minerals College - to the position of Head of the Organization and Personnel Board of the Group, from November 25, 2024.

Along with that, TKV and the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee also held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work at the Vietnam Coal and Minerals College and Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company.

At the Vietnam Coal and Minerals College, the representative of the TKV Organization and Personnel Board announced and presented the decision of the General Director of TKV on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Vice Principal of the Vietnam Coal and Minerals College - to hold the position of Principal of the Vietnam Coal and Minerals College, the term of office is 5 years, starting from November 25, 2024; announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee approving Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Member of the Standing Committee, Principal - to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Coal and Minerals College for the term 2020 - 2025, starting from November 25, 2024. At the same time, announced the decision of the Board of Directors of the Group on the establishment of the Council of the Vietnam Coal and Minerals College consisting of 15 people.

At Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company, the representative of the Organization and Personnel Board of the Group announced and presented the decision of the General Director of TKV on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quang Quang - Acting Director of Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company - to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Group's Planning Department, from November 25, 2024. Announced and presented the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors, representative of TKV at Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company - to hold the position of Director of Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company; the term of appointment is 5 years, from November 25, 2024.

Previously, TKV had decided to appoint Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan - Deputy Director of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company, as TKV's representative to join the Board of Directors, to introduce the Board of Directors of Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company to carry out the review process and decide on the appointment to the position of Director of the Company. At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee announced to assign Mr. Dang Van Tinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company - to run the work of the Party Committee of Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company until the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company is completed.
