The area from Nghe An to Ha Tinh from the evening of September 19th to the morning of September 20th, will have heavy to very heavy rain with common rainfall of 40 - 80mm, especially the eastern area has places over 200mm.

The area from Quang Tri to Hue city from the evening of September 19 to the morning of September 20, has moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with common rainfall from 20 - 50mm, locally over 100mm.

Warning of the risk of heavy rain with rainfall greater than 100mm within 3 hours.

The meteorological agency forecasts that from the afternoon of September 20, heavy rain in the area from Nghe An to Hue city will gradually decrease.

The Southern region and Lam Dong from the evening of September 19th to September 20th, there will be moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall of 20 - 40mm, locally over 100mm. Rain concentrated in the afternoon and night.

Other places in the South Central Coast region, Central Highlands from the evening of September 19 to September 20, there will be showers and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 15 - 30mm, locally over 80mm.

In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Warning level of natural disaster risk due to heavy rain, tornadoes, lightning, hail is level 1.

Heavy rain is likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas, urban areas, and industrial parks; flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on slopes.
