The length of this route is 1,014km, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion VND (according to level IV standards). The project is invested by Dong Son District People's Committee and the construction unit is Song Ma 2 Joint Stock Company.
Next, on March 7, 2023, the People's Committee of Dong Son district continued to decide to approve the technical-economic report and plan to select a road contractor from Phu Binh village to Phu Chan bridge, Dong Ninh commune.
This project is a continuation of the previous project, with a total length of 834m, with an investment of 13.2 billion VND. The project is invested by Dong Son District People's Committee and the construction unit is Hoang Anh Construction and Transport Company Limited.
The total length of both dyke road projects above is more than 1.9km, with a total investment capital of more than 23 billion VND.
According to many people in Dong Ninh commune, Dong Son district, the above dike road was just built and put into use not long ago, but now many cracks have appeared, and there are even pulled sections. hundreds of meters long.
"We don't understand how they built it. Just after a short time of completion, the road has sunk and cracked" - a resident in Phu Binh village, Dong Ninh commune, was upset.
Regarding the above incident, talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Dong Son District Construction Investment Project Management Board said that for the above 2 projects, 1 project has expired warranty period, 1 project has expired. The project is under warranty period. The reason the road cracked was because the contact point between the old roadbed and the new embankment was not consistent, so a fracture occurred.
"After learning about the above incident, the unit directly inspected and requested the contractor to take measures to thoroughly handle the cracked road sections" - informed the representative of Dong Son District People's Committee.
