The Hanoi Civil Engineering Construction Investment Project Management Board has just reported to the Hanoi Department of Construction on the technical traffic opening plan, traffic on the entire route of the Ring Road 1 construction investment project (Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section), expected to be implemented before September 2.
Accordingly, the section from Hoang Cau to Lang Ha - Giang Vo intersection (about 645m long): Organize traffic opening on the entire 50m road cross-section, except for the scope of barriers serving the construction of overpasses at Lang Ha - Giang Vo intersection.
At the Lang Ha - Giang Vo intersection, traffic is opened according to the current traffic organization plan to serve the construction of the overpass at the Lang Ha - Giang Vo intersection.
Section from Lang Ha - Giang Vo intersection to Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection (about 735m long): Organize traffic on the left side of the route with a road cross-section of 7-18m; the remaining part continues to be fenced to serve the construction of 2 overpasses at Lang Ha - Giang Vo intersection and Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection.

At Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection, the route will be cleared according to the current traffic organization plan to serve the construction of the overpass at Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection.
Section from Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection to Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital (about 240m long):
- On the left side of the route: Organize traffic with a road cross-section of 6-15m; the remaining part continues to be fenced to serve the construction of the overpass at the Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection;
- Right side of the route: Traffic organization on La Thanh street in the current situation (because this area is still entangled with ground for overpass construction, construction has not been organized).
Section from Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital to Voi Phuc (about 355m long): Opening to traffic on the entire 50m road cross-section.
The Ring Road 1 construction project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section, is more than 2.2km long, with a cross-section of 50m. The starting point is the intersection with Cat Linh - La Thanh - Yen Lang road at Hoang Cau, the ending point is the Voi Phuc traffic junction.
The project has a total investment of more than 7,200 billion VND from the city budget.
The project was approved in December 2017, expected to be completed in 2020, but was delayed due to site clearance problems.
