The accident happened at about 4 pm on February 9 on National Highway 13 at the intersection with NK 13 road, neighborhood 2, Thoi Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at the above time, a driver of about 25 years old was driving a car with license plate 51G - 13xxx on National Highway 13 in the direction from Thu Dau Mot to Ben Cat.
When reaching the intersection with NK 13 road (block 2, Thoi Hoa ward), he lost control and crashed into the median strip. The car then rushed forward and crashed into a taxi stopping at a traffic light.

The accident injured 2 people on the taxi who were taken to the hospital by people for health care. The injured man said that he had just taken care of his child who was hospitalized, and on the way home from the hospital, he had an accident.
