Accordingly, at about 2:30 pm on the same day, Command Center 114 received a report about a man unfortunately falling into a well in Dong Hoa Long neighborhood, Tam Long ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Hoa Long commune area, Ba Ria city, former Ba Ria - Vung Tau province).

Immediately after that, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 23 urgently dispatched vehicles and mobilized forces to bring specialized vehicles and equipment to the scene.

Because the area where the victim encountered the accident was deep in the field, with complex terrain, functional forces had to walk more than 1km to reach the well location.
