On the afternoon of June 12, Hoa Binh Provincial Police organized the announcement of the decisions of the Minister of Public Security related to personnel work.
The conference was attended by comrades: Nguyen Phi Long - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee; Bui Thi Minh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Bui Duc Hinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and representatives of leaders of departments and branches.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Police leadership announced the decision to transfer Colonel Do Thanh Binh - Director of the Provincial Police - to work and hold the position of Director of the Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security. At the same time, the decision to assign the responsibility of Hoa Binh Provincial Police to Colonel Truong Quang Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police was announced.
Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Phi Long acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Colonel Do Thanh Binh in his more than 3 years as Director of the Provincial Police.
During his time working in the locality, he and the provincial police leadership have effectively implemented many solutions to ensure security and order, reduce crime, contribute to creating a safe environment, and promote socio-economic development.
For Colonel Truong Quang Hai, who has just been assigned by the Ministry of Public Security to be in charge of the Hoa Binh Provincial Police, the Provincial Party Secretary hopes that he will inherit and promote the achieved results, together with the Provincial Police to continue to maintain political security and social order and safety in the area.
