By the time of coercion, Mr. Ta Thanh Quang and his family did not voluntarily comply with the coercion decision, did not move the assets out of the scope of coercion, then Tam Hung Commune People's Committee will carry out coercion in accordance with regulations.
All costs for coercion, relocation of assets and preservation of assets must be paid by the person being coerced in accordance with the law.
The enforcement period starts from 8 am on December 31, 2025 until the enforcement is completed according to the plan.
