Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee has just announced the time for organizing land recovery coercion to implement the Project of Building technical infrastructure to serve the auction of land use rights at the auction point 03 Thuy Khue village.
The time to carry out land recovery enforcement is at 7:30 am on December 30, 2025.
Enforcement area at 4 land plots of 3 households and individuals at the project of Building technical infrastructure to serve the auction of land use rights at the auction point 03 Thuy Khue village.
Functional forces will carry out land recovery coercion according to Decisions No. 4224, 4225, 4226, 4227/QD-UBND dated December 4, 2025 of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai commune on coercion of land recovery; clearance, dismantling and relocation of all architectural property, trees and crops on land (if any) in accordance with regulations.
At the same time, hand over the land after land recovery coercion to the Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board for management in accordance with the law.
Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee requests households and individuals to coordinate with the enforcement force according to the announced time; proactively move people and property out of the enforcement area (if any); do not gather in large numbers and obstruct the enforcement force.
In case households are absent or do not comply, the Enforcement Board will carry out land recovery enforcement in the correct order, ensuring safety and in accordance with the law.
