Hanoi adjusts traffic organization on Thang Long Avenue

Hanoi Department of Transport has just issued a Notice adjusting the traffic organization plan on Thang Long Avenue.

According to the announcement, through monitoring the flooding situation, on the right side of Thang Long Avenue (entrance to the railway underpass intersection) to the exit of An Khanh Urban Area intersection and the left side from the entrance of Sai Son Overpass intersection to the exit of the railway underpass intersection, there is no more flooding, ensuring traffic safety for all vehicles to circulate normally.

Therefore, the City Department of Transport announces the adjustment of the traffic organization plan on Thang Long Boulevard, Hanoi City as follows:

Prohibit vehicles from circulating on the Thang Long Boulevard service road according to the following specific routes:

Right of way: From Km 20+00 (entrance to Provincial Road 80 intersection) to Km 28+300 (exit to Lang - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park intersection).

Left route: From Km 28+300 (entrance to Lang - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park intersection) to Km 20+00 (exit to Provincial Road 80 intersection).

Traffic diversion plan: Limit the maximum speed to 60km/h for all vehicles traveling on Thang Long Boulevard.

Traffic organization for buses allowed to circulate on Thang Long Avenue highway, maximum speed allowed is 60km/h.

Traffic organization for motorbikes and rudimentary vehicles is allowed to circulate on the emergency lane of Thang Long Boulevard, maximum speed allowed is 40km/h.

Scope of application on the following routes:

Right of way: From Km 20+00 (entrance to Provincial Road 80 intersection) to Km 28+300 (exit to Lang - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park intersection).

Left route: From Km 28+300 (entrance to Lang - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park intersection) to Km 20+00 (exit to Provincial Road 80 intersection).
