According to the assignment of the Hanoi Department of Construction, transport units that take advantage of the "enhanced vehicle" badge to serve passenger transportation during the Hung Doi Vuong Festival (March 10 of the Lunar calendar), April 30 and 1, will be strictly handled.
The Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center closely coordinates with bus transport units to ensure the quality of vehicles operating on the route, maintain the number of reserve vehicles to promptly release increased passengers at bus stations as well as the need for inter-provincial travel when required.

Bus units have developed a plan to arrange vehicles to increase operations at bus stations: Giap Bat, Gia Lam, My Dinh, Nuoc Ngam, Yen Nghia, Son Tay, Hanoi station and transit points such as Long Bien, Cau Giay, Hoang Quoc Viet... during peak days, promptly relieve passengers when the number of passengers increases dramatically.
Drivers and bus assistants are required to enhance their sense of responsibility, civilized service attitude, and absolutely do not use alcohol, beer or stimulants during their duties.
For taxi operations, units must list fares in accordance with regulations, do not arbitrarily increase prices or additional fees outside of regulations; at the same time, declare and list prices fully and do not take advantage of the high number of passengers during the holiday to illegally increase prices.
Transport units must also thoroughly educate drivers who do not use alcohol or stimulants during working hours; strictly prohibit acts of speeding, reckless overtaking, customer competition, price pressure, overloading, transporting prohibited goods or goods mixed with passengers.
At bus stations, the authorities will coordinate to check the safety conditions of vehicles and drivers before leaving the station. Behaviors such as carrying overloaded goods, transporting flammable goods, smuggled goods, live animals... on passenger vans are all strictly prohibited.
For urban railway transport, the Department of Construction recommends that Hanoi Railway Company Limited develop a service plan to ensure the travel needs of people during the holidays.
The Inspectorate of the Hanoi Department of Construction is required to closely coordinate with functional forces, resolutely handle violating passenger transport vehicles such as: driving on the wrong route, carrying more people than the prescribed number, operating in the style of "beef steering", stopping and dropping off passengers in violation of regulations, or taking advantage of the "enhanced vehicle" badge to violate regulations on traffic order and safety.
