Dong Nai Provincial People's Council has issued Decision No. 07/QD-HDND on temporarily suspending the performance of duties and powers of a Provincial People's Council delegate for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Le Van Tiep - Chairman of Long Thanh District People's Committee.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing, February 11.
The decision clearly states: Temporarily suspend the performance of duties and powers of the 10th Provincial People's Council delegate, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Le Van Tiep, Provincial People's Council delegate of Long Thanh district.
Previously, Mr. Le Van Tiep, Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Thanh district, was prosecuted and temporarily detained for violating regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement when the state reclaims land related to the land reclamation, compensation, and resettlement support project of Long Thanh International Airport project.
