On April 5, according to information from the People's Committee of Nghi Loc district (Nghe An), the Chairman of the District People's Committee signed a decision to temporarily suspend Mr. Vo Trong Tinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghi Trung commune. The suspension period will last until April 8, 2025.
The suspension of work stems from the fact that Mr. Tinh was determined to lack a sense of responsibility in running and managing work in the locality.
Previously, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh issued a document requesting disciplinary action and administrative discipline in the context that the province is implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus at all levels. The Provincial People's Committee assessed that some cadres after the merger have shown signs of being moderate in their work, declining in their sense of responsibility, affecting the effectiveness of State agencies.
Nghe An provincial government requires localities and units to strictly implement public service ethics, effectively use working time and link work results with the assessment and classification of cadres.
