The Dang Thai Mai road construction project (Tay Ho ward) phase 1 is implemented with the goal of connecting traffic between the Central Party Office villa area, Tay Ho screen and neighboring areas to solve traffic congestion during holidays, Tet, National Assembly sessions, and Party Congresses.
Thereby, gradually completing the regional traffic infrastructure according to the approved plan, developing the socio-economy - tourism; creating a civilized - modern street.
According to the design, the project has a total length of 1,260m, starting at Tay Ho villa area and ending at Xuan Dieu street.
The project has a cross-section of 20.5 - 93.6m wide. In which, the expanded space axis is 93.6m (roadway is 2x15m wide, sidewalks on both sides are 2x6m wide, landscape axis is 54.6m wide); The section passing through Tay Ho villa area is 20.5m wide (roadway is 11.25m wide, sidewalks on both sides are 4.625m wide).
The project will include other items such as water supply and drainage systems, technical cages; traffic organization, installation of lighting systems and tree planting.
The leader of the Tay Ho Ward Infrastructure - Investment Project Management Board said that to implement the Dang Thai Mai road construction project, in phase 1, the authorities will reclaim 48,338.6m2 of land with 183 plots of land of 8 company plots, 71 residential plots, 94 agricultural plots, and 10 plots of land managed by the ward. Of the 48,338.6m2 of land subject to site clearance, there are 9,423m2 of land of organizations; 3,123.6m2 of residential land; 23,531m2 of agricultural land; 12,260m2 of traffic land.
Up to now, the ward authorities have organized an investigation into the current status of 183/183 plots of land. Of which, 121/183 plots of land have been approved; 73 plots of land have received compensation and support and signed the handover of the site; 48 plots of land have not received money, have not handed over the site; 62 plots of land are continuing to be appraised and submitted for approval of the plan.
For 48 plots of land that have had a Decision approving the plan but have not agreed to receive compensation and support and have not handed over the site, it is expected that the authorities will carry out enforcement in 2 phases.
Phase 1 (September 16), the authorities have enforced 10 cases of agricultural land in the Hung Ma area. Phase 2 is expected to take place on September 30 with 38 cases of agricultural land in the Hung Ma area.
For 62 plots of land without a Decision approving the plan, the authorities plan to enforce them in 2 phases.
Round 1, expected on October 20 with the number of 46 agricultural plots in the area of Dang Thai Mai Street, Lane 12 Dang Thai Mai (Ao Khau area, Cua Trai). Phase 2, expected on October 30 with 8 plots of residential land in the area of Xuan Dieu Street and Lane 9/2 Dang Thai Mai.
"In the coming time, the ward authorities will increase propaganda and mobilize people to strictly comply with the provisions of the law. At the same time, resolutely handle it strictly according to the provisions of the law to ensure the progress of the project" - the leader of the Tay Ho Ward Infrastructure - Investment Project Management Board emphasized.
