Accordingly, the People's Council of Hai Duong province has just approved the Project to renovate, repair, and build new construction items, and add equipment and facilities to the Hai Duong Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Center.
The project approval aims to improve facilities, enhance working conditions for officials, employees and students of the unit in the field of drug addiction treatment in Hai Duong province, and ensure safety in fire and explosion prevention and fighting according to current regulations.
The project has a total investment of nearly 88.9 billion VND from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025, with the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
The project implementation location is on the current land area of Hai Duong Province Drug Rehabilitation Center in Cau Dong Residential Area, Cong Hoa Ward, Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province.
Areas such as the Administrative Area, Visiting House, Official House, Staff Canteen, Medical Area, Water Treatment System, Electrical System will be repaired and renovated, Security System and Surveillance Camera, Fire Prevention and Fighting System will be upgraded and completed.
Two new items were built, including a drug rehabilitation area for people with infectious diseases of group A and group B, with a scale of 1 floor and a construction area of about 2,260 square meters, and a drug rehabilitation area for people who cause disorder and violate rules and regulations, with a scale of 1 floor and a construction area of about 258 square meters, surrounded by a fence.
